Brain Ape are a Scratch Rock outfit from London who first appeared on here with their single Blonde Hair Blue Eyed Boy (http://justsomepunksongs.blogspot.co.uk/2016/01/brain-ape-blond-hair-blue-eyed-boy.html) and who return today with a new single which is a trailblazer for a new album that's due out later this year.
The current line up features Minky Tres-Vain (vocals/guitar), Sol (bass/vocals and Jacob Powel (drums). They play a kind of grungey stoner punk that's different to most of what gets posted on here but which is well worth you checking out.
